I came to Dr. Vanessa with migraines around the time of my period. The migraines would last up to four days and my period was so painful I would call out of work almost every month. I cannot thank her enough for helping me. I was recommended by my friend but honestly I didn't believe acupuncture could help me. After two months of weekly appointments, my period was less heavy and painful. The migraines improved and lasted shorter time and stopped using pain killers. I see Vanessa once a month and feel supported in her office every time I come in. I feel rested and so relaxed after every treatment, and she does a good job explaining what is happening with my body and how my chinese tongue and pulse are changing so I understand how to support my body more.
